“We employed Tony and his team to completely renovate a house that had been in our family for a long time and needed substantial work. This included new electrics and plumbing throughout, a new lintel, windows and porch, knocking through to create a large kitchen diner, and stud work to create a downstairs WC and handbasin, and a family bathroom upstairs. We also had the gable end of the house tied in and some remortaring with brickwork to move the existing backdoor, plus repairs to a verandah. To complete the fun, we also had significant damp in the house, which needed to be resolved and then re-plastered throughout. As I was looking after two small children at the time, and we had already sold our house to move, we looked to Tony to control the build, stay on time, on budget and deal with all the other trades working on the project. The build was completed on time and (allowing for our extras) on budget. The house was always left neat and tidy at the end of each day, and our neighbours never had cause for complaint. I would recommend Tony to anyone who has a large build to do; he was always available to talk to me, pleasant to deal with and all decisions were given to us in sufficient time to make our choices. We subsequently went back to him this year to sort out our leaking garage roof.”
